The international facilities management group is responsible for maximizing the value of AIG member company locations. Based in New York, this group oversees the asset management of over 350 properties in 46 countries, totaling more than 11 million square feet. The group is responsible for the oversight of local and on-site property managers and the development of strategic plans for each facility, including implementation of capital expenditure programs, and marketing and leasing strategies.
