The European team, headquartered in London and led by Kevin Reid, is a multi-lingual, multi-disciplinary group focused on all property types in select Western and Central European markets.

In addition, AIG Global Real Estate and Lincoln Property Company formed AIG/Lincoln International L.L.C. in 1997 to provide real estate solutions to expanding multi-national companies and local firms in Eastern, Central and Western Europe. Today, AIG/Lincoln operates through local professional real estate teams out of Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, Moscow, Milan and Barcelona, with business support provided by a subsidiary located in Berlin, Germany. Christopher Stephenson and his New York-based team work closely with Lincoln Property Company and AIG/Lincoln employees on European acquisitions and developments.
