Mr. Neuger is responsible for directing AIG Investments’ strategies on a worldwide basis. He is also an Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of AIG. Mr. Neuger joined AIG Investments in 1995, with investment management experience since 1973. Before joining AIG Investments, he was with Bankers Trust Company, where he served both as Managing Director, Fixed Income and, subsequently, Managing Director, Global Equities. Prior to joining Bankers Trust, Mr. Neuger served as Chief Investment Officer at Western Asset Management. He was also the Head of Fixed Income at Northwestern National Bank in Minnesota. Mr. Neuger received an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck Graduate School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), the CFA Institute, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
     
Robert T. Thompson

Mr. Thompson is the head of AIG Investments’ worldwide Alternative Investments business, having joined in 2005.  Previously, Mr. Thompson was a co-founder and managing member of Ferrer Freeman Thompson & Co., LLC (“FFT”), a private equity firm dedicated to investing in the health care industry.  Prior to FFT, he was Managing Director and Equity Group Leader at GE Capital. Mr. Thompson founded, organized and developed GE Capital’s private equity activities throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Thompson has over 18 years of experience in all segments of the private equity business, including fund investments, mezzanine investments, direct investments, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts. He currently serves on Investment Committees for AIG Investments’ alternative investments activities. Mr. Thompson received an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University.
     
Kevin Clowe

Mr. Clowe joined AIG Investments in 2005 as a Managing Director in the Alternative Investments Group. He is responsible for the development of new alternative products and new distribution channels for AIG Investments' alternative products. Mr. Clowe will be involved in strategic merger and acquisition activities broadening the firm’s alternative investment offerings. Mr. Clowe is a member of various private equity committees, including the Investment Committee for AIG Investments' Private Equity Funds Group. Mr. Clowe joined AIG in 1986 as Vice President of the Foreign Investment Department. He subsequently served as Corporate Assistant Treasurer and also manager of a high yield joint venture with Drexel Burnham. He established the Infrastructure Funds business with Emerging Markets Partnership and served as a director of Rexene Corp, Harvest Foods, Concurrent Computer Corp. and Leaseholdings. More recently, Mr. Clowe was Managing Director of AIG Capital Partners, where he focused on investing in the emerging markets and was a member of approximately a dozen fund investment committees. Prior to joining AIG , Mr. Clowe was with First Boston Corporation and Citibank in corporate and international finance, respectively. He received a BA in Economics from Union College , an MBA in Finance from Cornell University, and undertook PHD coursework in international economics and politics at the University of Edinburgh (UK).

     
Steven Costabile, CFA   Steven Costabile, CFA

Mr. Costabile joined AIG Investments in 2000 and is the Managing Director of the Private Equity Funds Group. Mr. Costabile brings his in-depth knowledge of private equity funds to AIG Investments and has played a significant role in the successful growth of three product lines, Pinestreet LLC, PineStar (secondaries) and the PEP program. Mr. Costabile serves on the Developed Markets Fund Investment Committee, APEN Investment Committee and Japan Private Equity Investment Committee. His current responsibilities include overseeing all private equity funds investments in the developed markets, as well as sourcing, due diligence, monitoring product development, and marketing. Mr. Costabile’s private equity investing and valuation experience dates back to 1990. Previously, from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Costabile was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in the Private Funds Group, with a focus on investments on behalf of CSFB and third party investors. Prior to that, he was the Senior Investment Officer of Alternative Investments for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Assistant Director of Venture Capital for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In both positions, Mr. Costabile focused on private equity fund investments. He received both a BSBA and an MBA from Duquesne University. He is also a CFA charterholder and holds a Series 7 license.
