We actively seek to invest in:

• Middle market buyouts and growth stage companies based in North America and Western Europe
• Companies with proven management teams and a significant vested interest in the business
• Companies possessing a strong business model, solid market positioning and/or a distinct competitive advantage
• Opportunities that allow us to invest US $10 to $100 million per transaction
