“Life Company” Rate Lock: No margin calls on all loans below $20M.

Flexibility: AIGMC has the ability to hold a portion of the loan on balance sheet for greater control. Providing a package deal through the sale of the ‘A Note’ along with AIG holding the ‘B Note’ provides an efficient and reliable execution.
