Mr. Danielsson joined AIG Investments in 1998 and is Chief Investment Officer - External Clients. He is a member of the AIG Investments Executive Committee and also responsible for directing the investment approach for all equity investment activities worldwide. Mr. Danielsson has developed the firm’s philosophy and process for equity investing globally. In 2002 he was appointed Corporate Vice President, Investments. Prior to AIG Investments, Mr. Danielsson worked for five years with SE Banken Fonder (SEB Asset Management), as CIO of International Equities, for eight years with JP Morgan in London, and for three years for the Swedish Ministry of Finance. Mr. Danielsson received a BA from Uppsala University in Sweden and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Mr. Kelly joined AIG Investments in 1999 as Head of U.S. Equities.  He is now Global Head of Client Asset Allocation and Structured Equities responsible for the development and management of our structured equity products worldwide and expanding our capabilities for institutional pension fund advisory, and retail orientated asset allocation vehicles throughout AIG Investments with respect to our approaches to both asset allocation and manager selection.  Under Mr. Kelly's leadership, the Structured Equity group has developed and manages products that span the continuum of index, enhanced index (Research Enhanced), Insured Index Plus, Dividend Roll, U.S active value and growth, merger arbitrage and multi-strategy hedge fund (MAPS).  Canadian active equities are also part of the group. The Client Asset Allocation group serves as the primary adviser for AIG's worldwide defined benefit and defined contribution plans.  The team manages lifestyle and asset allocation strategies, and has developed and manages principal protected strategies and Global Tactical Asset Allocation.  The team has provided strategic advice for corporate, trade group, and governmental pension plans and believes it has developed differentiated approaches to Liability Driven Investment and Total Retirement Outsourcing.  Mr. Kelly serves as one of the permanent members of the firm's Global Asset Allocation Committee.  Prior to AIG Investments, he spent 15 years with JP Morgan Investment Management in various research and portfolio management roles.  Prior to JP Morgan he spent several years in research at the economic consulting firm, Townsend-Greenspan & Co.  His investment experience began in 1980.  Mr. Kelly received an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

     
Hiroshi Motoki   Hiroshi Motoki

Mr. Motoki joined AIG Investments in July 2005 and is both Chief Investment Officer and Managing Executive Officer for AIG Global Investment Corp.(Japan).  Prior to joining AIG Investments, he worked for Alliance Capital Asset Management (Japan) Ltd. and had various responsibilities including the Director of Asian Equity Research and the Head of Japanese Growth Equity.  He also managed Japanese equity portfolios for many institutional and retail accounts globally.  His investment experience began in 1994.  Previously, he was a Senior Financial Analyst for Ford Motor and also worked for Okura & Co. Ltd., as a manager of the Pittsburgh Office where he was responsible for various international contracts. Mr. Motoki received an MBA degree with High Honours from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a BA in Law from Waseda University in Tokyo.

     
Peter Soo

Mr. Soo joined AIG Investments in 1989 and is responsible for South East Asia equities. Mr. Soo also oversees regional portfolio management and strategic asset allocation. His investment industry experience started in 1985 when he was a Portfolio Manager for New Zealand Equities. Mr. Soo graduated from Auckland Technical Institute with a degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Secretaries and Administration.

     
Robin Thorn

Global Equity Portfolio Manager

Mr. Thorn joined AIG Investments in 1998 and is now responsible for the management of the firm’s Active European and US Equity teams and Global Equity portfolios.  Mr. Thorn joined AIG Investments as a Co-Portfolio Manager of Global/International portfolios and a Portfolio Manager focused on the health care sector. In 2000, he also became the Global Head of Equity Research, followed by a move to London where he took on the additional responsibilities of Head of European Equities.  During his tenure with AIG Investments, Mr. Thorn helped develop and implement the firm’s equity process and online knowledge-sharing tools for equity investing globally. Prior to joining AIG Investments, he was a global health care portfolio manager with SE Banken Fonder (SEB Asset Management) of Sweden. Mr. Thorn holds an MS in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics with majors in Financial Economics and Economical Steering/Planning.

     
Deborah A. Velez, CFA

Ms. Vélez joined AIG Investments in 1997 and the Global Equity Team in 1999. As Managing Director, she is responsible for all emerging market equity investment activities. From 1997 to 1999, she was an investment analyst managing AIG Investments’ on-shore insurance assets in Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Prior to joining AIG Investments, she was an analyst with Baring Asset Management, an Associate with Cambridge Associates and a senior analyst at TD Bank. Ms. Vélez received an AB (Honors) in American History from Harvard University in 1990. In addition, she received an MA in International Economics and Latin American Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and an MBA in Finance from Wharton University. She is a CFA charterholder.
